PRIVACY POLICY
Information
General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) compliance is very important. I will only require information pertaining to your ceremony and or function. Your information will not be shared with any third party unless I have obtained your written permission. This information will be held by me for 6 months and them deleted if all payments have been made in full.
Sharing
As feedback is important to me along with some photos of your ceremony and or function, I will request consent in writing along with your booking forms.
Fine Print
TERM AND CONDITIONS
1. Your Date: Your date will be pencilled in for 7 days and only be blocked off in my schedule as soon as I have received your deposit along with you booking forms.
2. Your Booking: You have 7 days in which to cancel your booking no questions asked.
3. Your Deposit: Your deposit must be made within 7 days of our first appointment. Should you cancel after the 7 days your deposit will become No Refundable. This amount will be deducted of your total cost.
4. Booking Forms: Your booking forms must be completed in full by both parties
5. Payment Balance: The balance of your payment must be made in full 20 days before you date.
6. Marriage Papers: I need a copy of your papers for The Registrar’s Office 10 days before you date.
7. Travel Costs: If travel costs are applicable this will be quoted for.
